How do I care for DanielMark jewelry?
While your DanielMark jewelry can get wet with no impact, we recommend removing all jewelry before bathing or entering pools, hot tubs, hot springs, and the ocean. To prevent buildup, avoid applying serums, moisturizers, sunscreen, makeup, and perfume when wearing your jewelry. A soft, dry, and lint-free cloth will wipe away fingerprints and bring out the luster or shine of your piece. This regular maintenance should be performed gently after each use. As the saying goes, “your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.” Store your jewelry in a dry environment (in a sealed velvet-lined jewelry box, for instance) to avoid moisture

Daniel hand-selects only the highest quality natural gemstones, cultured pearls, and artisan glass from ‘Grade A’ domestic and international specialists
What types of metals are used?
Our high-quality metal is 14-24K yellow or white gold-filled and finished in rhodium
What is gold-filled metal?
Gold-filled metal is a beautiful, more affordable alternative to solid gold. It is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto the base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold-plated. It is extremely durable, won’t chip or flake, tarnish-resistant, and a great alternative to expensive solid gold jewelry. It’s meant to last a lifetime
Is your gold-filled metal hypoallergenic?
All of our gold-filled metal is hypoallergenic: nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free
Is there packaging included in my order?
Our pieces are carefully wrapped and placed in a white cotton-lined jewelry box and placed in a weatherproof bubble envelope for secure shipping. A complimentary jewelry polishing cloth is included

DanielMark Jewelry is open Monday - Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm (ET)
Does your pricing fluctuate?
Due to material market fluctuations of gold, pearls, and gemstones, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
How can I return an item?
Products are accepted for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with proof of purchase

DanielMark does not provide return postage or return labels
Shipping costs are not refundable
Carefully pack your return in the original jewelry box and enclose the order number in your package

After we receive and inspect an item returned to us for a refund, we have final discretion as to the condition of the piece in relation to a refund owed
Once received, inspected, and approved, purchases will receive a full refund to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply

Can I exchange an item?
For efficiency, we ask that you first complete a full return following the process above. Then, place a second, new reorder for the desired piece(s) from our online store. We thank you for supporting our small business
